The many rebel groups have united. Knowing that only through their combined
strength can they stand up against the might of the "Hegemonist Infidels", the
Peoples Guard military with its powerful weapons like the En-100 Warlord MBT and
the new aerial combat vehicle being developed.
Poor as they are they can not yet afford tanks to go toe-to-toe against the
Warlord tanks, not that any tank could, but they have alternate means by which
they can attack their foes: speed, stealth, cunning and resourcefulness. So
resourceful that they have taken mere civilian vehicles, make a few
modifications and turn them into weapons platforms. Behold the Technical.
