What sort of military .dats are you looking for exactly? If you're looking
for some modern aircraft MOCs I could direct you to:

Other models at that site include an Excellent Panzer III by Shawn Sullivan
and a nice microfig battleship.
Other than this site, I'd just try searching on brickshelf for military
models and try asking the builders if they've made their DATs available.
