  Re: Pz.VI TigerI Tank

(...) Hi Larry, I'll let Lyndsay comment as well, but here's what I've found: It was possible to seriously damage treads to the point where they needed to be replaced - actually, this wasn't quite as intimidating a prospect as it sounds. The entire (...) (23 years ago, 17-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) Thanks for the kind words! I'd like to throw the compliment right back at you and bait you mercilessly, though: I've seen some lovely Russian tanks somewhere, yet they don't seem to have made it into the public arena yet?   Re: Pz.VI TigerI Tank

(...) Another Masterpiece! - I must say I like it, Shaun! It is now a hard work for the 'Lugnet-judges' to compare the various Tiger tanks on the net. There are a number of features on your tank that I like and makes it a candidate for a top score. (...) (23 years ago, 17-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Pope's 7 site up and running

This is my first post as well as my first web page. It was an idea I had kicked around for a few years now and finally got it on the web. It's kinda a military/space theme. More stuff will be coming in a bit, just need to take some more pics. (...) (23 years ago, 17-Feb-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.space) !

  Omega destroyer from Babylon5

Well, I've finally gotten around to resonably finishing this project. Images of the Omega Destroyer are available at: (URL) about 3.5ft long and weighs a good amount.   Pz.VI TigerI Tank

Hi Everybody, I took some pictures of my Panzer VI Tiger Tank this weekend after applying a couple of decals.   Re: New Moc: Russian Attack Helicopter, Ka-50 'Hokum' (Werewolf)

Well once I got over the fact that it wasn't going to be possible, without making it bulky and ugly, for it to be double axled, then it was pretty straight forward. As others (...)   Re: New Moc: Russian Attack Helicopter, Ka-50 'Hokum' (Werewolf)

Very nice! The double rotor must have been a little complicated to design. As others have noted, it is a little hard to see all the details, perhaps more because of the all black colour scheme than the actual photos. Don't get me wrong, the all (...)   Re: New Moc: Russian Attack Helicopter, Ka-50 'Hokum' (Werewolf)

Congratulations! The chopper is very well portrayed, I like it very much. Of course one of the most interesting features is the unusual placement of rotors (at least in the West it is unusual...). I assume these particular ones are non-functional, (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: New Moc: Russian Attack Helicopter, Ka-50 'Hokum' (Werewolf)

(...) That's a very good likeness of the Hokum! As far as the real thing, I prefer the Hind in terms of looking more sinister and maybe instilling more fear in the enemy.
