Partially inspired by Mattias Mårtensson's USS Fletcher, and partly out of my own curiosity to attempt a new ship-building technique, I threw together a 1/4 size version of the minifig scale Cleveland Class curiser I've been dreaming about building (...) (22 years ago, 7-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.military) !!

Wow! A very impressive model with a lot of amazing details. Unfortunately a lot of the pictures in the "exposition" section appear to be broken or at least halfway-broken, although the thumbnails look ok. For example 3-takao-todd-02.jpg (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-03, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.boats)
