  World Trade Center Revisited

This is version 2 of my WTC microfig model that I rebuilt in November 2003. As with all my previous micro skyscraper "rebuilds", the emphasis has been on improving and expanding the levels of details - particularly at street level. This proved to be (...)   Grand Central Station and 2 wide trains

I finally unpacked (and had to partially rebuild :( ), the micro-scale station I displayed on Brickfest. I made some pictures, including many of the back or the station, because that part was hard to see because of its position against the wall. (...)   Re: Microtrains for your Maersk container ship

(...) You are just a couple weeks behind the curve on that one, Larry: (URL) are some of Dave VinZants cool creations... -Matt :) (20 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.microscale)

Re: Microtrains for your Maersk container ship

(...) Just a little behind Larry. ;) (URL) I do have an update for these as I just finished the instructions. (URL) am glad you like them. I am still playing around with different engines to pull the cars. I had also made a red one. But I only had (...) (20 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.microscale)

Microtrains for your Maersk container ship

(URL) I'm not stealing thunder from legotrains, (or way behind the curve and this got announced long long ago) but WOW that's cool... Add a few gantry cranes and you're really rocking! (20 years ago, 5-Mar-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.boats) !

Re: New WIP mini - The Bee

(...) Nice work M, I think the decision to ditch the top turret was a good call. The new color scheme is great, and so is the swarm pic. So what is next? Some kind of hive-carrer for them? -Keith (20 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.cad, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New WIP mini - The Bee

(...) Thanks for the comments! I've made some other versions: (URL) It is my favorite: (URL) Jeff : Actually it is a gunship or something with a pilot and a gunner behind him, in mini scale. Matthias : I created the original model within 2 hours (...) (20 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.cad, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New WIP mini - The Bee

How on earth did you get all of those parts to line up? I'm either missing a huge modelling tool here or you've spent dozens of hours hunched over a figureing pad. Good stuff... Matthias (20 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: New WIP mini - The Bee

(...) Miklos, it is always great to see something new from you. This one looks great, and a little more...organic than your usual offerings. The only thing I don't care for is the top turret, I've never been a huge fan of those gearshift lever (...) (20 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)
