Have you tried to attach the 2 x 2 slope "bucket" on the other side? I.e.
putting the 1 x 2 hinge on the bottom of the slope instead. This would make the
bucket/arm more realistich IMHO.

It's an Åkerman, I can tell from the colors :) The somewhat high base makes it
look like an old one.

Nice job on the caterpillar treads!
