Check this latest MOC from our (URL) homepage> built in scale with the mini-line of ships. (2 URLs) ACPin & Sons (20 years ago, 29-Mar-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !

  Re: Microscale Discovery One

(...) Hey Nathan, I just put this together and I have to say it's pretty sweet. The gray half-pin isn't that big a deal as it actually comes in white in a few sets but it is too bad about the wrench. Your ship has two distinct advantages over mine. (...) (21 years ago, 28-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale)

  Re: Microscale Discovery One

(...) Well done Nathan. This is proof that both ends of the scale range can inspire awe. (Though, I think it's more nanoscale. Anyone come up with a standard yet?) I'm glad you posted it alongside Jason's version. There must be something in the air. (...) (21 years ago, 28-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale)

  Re: Microscale Discovery One

(...) Adorable! Ahem. I mean, brilliant! Jason's is astounding, but this can find a spot in my life. Thanks! (21 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale)

  Microscale Discovery One

I had been working on a mide size version of this ship when Jason posted his Discovery One. Lacking the necessary pieces to complete my three foot Discovery, I came up with this, (URL) dark grey box end wrench and the light grey half-pin obviously (...) Thanks-the Mech is my fav too; the torso was the second thing done after the head, and i thought about making it a transformer once i put the windshield & headlights on, but then i thought i'd just try for (...)   Re: new mecha

(...) (snip buncha good stuff) (...) All these are excellent alts Jeff....the maximum wheels mech is my fave. I love how the cockpit area looks like the cab of a semi truck...could easily see it on the back of the set box. The minis and hoverbike (...)   Re: I'm back (with new MOCs)

(...) Thanks, Tom. I've always felt that playability is a critical objective in my designs. For example, if I built a mecha that looked good but could barely stand up, I'd go back to the drawing board. It tends to keep my mecha in the small to (...)   new mecha

here's a mech I made with only the pieces in designer set 4100 Maximum wheels-I started with the head & decided to try to builkd a mech for it, an make it as poseable as possible with the pices in the set. I used a lot of basic stud-friction joints (...) (21 years ago, 21-Mar-04, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: New MOC: Pretoria Class Carrier

(...) snip It's quite impressive that you managed to put together a ship this large, and that it can hold itself together. You deffinately have the engineering skills down that will allow you to build some complex large ships. It's very boxy, (...)   Re: New MOC: Pretoria Class Carrier

(...) It's impressive in scope, but rather lackluster in design. Building big and keeping it visually interesting is very hard to do, and I admire your effort. Here's to seeing more detailed big ships in the future! (...) I'd try mocpages.com. Seems (...)   New MOC: Pretoria Class Carrier

(URL) started construction of this ship in January (or maybe it was Decemeber, I don't remember which) of 2003, it took about 7 more months for me to finish the model. Eventually, it came out to more than 6 feet long, and weighed in at about 40 (...) (21 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.build)

Re: I'm back (with new MOCs)

(...) Yeah, I shot them inside at night and the "Alexandria" pics in particular suffered for it, but I did'nt feel too bad about the Puma. (...) I considered that, but I felt that most viewers could figure it out. I may add that later. Thanks (...) (21 years ago, 15-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: I'm back (with new MOCs)

(...) Hey, some interesting stuff there. The Alexandria looks like its part, with its unique double-hulled design. The bridge is cool, it reminds me of those on those old battleships. All the weapons are nice, too- I like the use of the ball and (...) (21 years ago, 15-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: I'm back (with new MOCs)

(...) Hey Todd, The Alexandria looks very good - it is not your typical 1:5 elongated spaceship, which is very nice. It has an interesting shape, and certainly makes me believe it is a carrier. I especially like the doors that let the fighters in (...) (21 years ago, 15-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space, FTX)

  I'm back (with new MOCs)

Hi guys, It's been quite sometime since my last post for various reasons, such as my computer crashing, my camera shorted out, and on top of that, I lost access to my website, which some of you may recall as SILICON PSYCHE- (URL) . Its still online, (...) (21 years ago, 15-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.space)

  Several New MOCs

I made these over the past couple weeks & am now posting them: first, the "bumble bee"; a microscale space freighter or carrier made from the yellow X-pod set 4348, which just started as me putting pieces together to see what would happen; this cute (...)
