yes, after a "brief" absence of mecha building i hope to come roaring back
with several new MOCs, the first of which being my Medium-Assault-Mecha
(can't think of a good name right now)

Here are some deep links:

and the folder (post moderation):

Now some background into the building:
I started with the head design, which i really liked (I really love
incorperating the car doors into my models, like in the Saber), and built
the arms around it, after my torso i decided to go with the big and bulky
leg design. You may also notice extra Assault Rifle magazines on the hip
guards as well.
The hips use the standard technic ball joints, but the shoulders use
throwbot arm parts, the knees use the click-hing/pin piece and the ankles
use a combo of bricks+pins and click bricks+plates. I listened mostly to
Metallica, CKY, and some other rock music in the building of this mecha.

Now, i want to know what you think of it, please give me some constructive
critisicm so i know what can be better and what i can do to make it better.

Thanks alot and hopefully I'll have some more MOCs up soon!

Hi Frank! Here's your model from my point of view (skewed as it is...): I love the head design. Perhaps I missed your earlier model, but this head design is quite cool. I see it working better with black doors if you've got them. The gears on the (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Frank! Your Mech rocks. What a cool idea using those doors to help shape out the face. I also like the group shots. Good stuff. Keep up the good work! e (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
