I guess it took the creation of a new group to inspire me to emerge from
months of lurking and more than a year since sharing anything I've built to
post some of my more recent creations. My most recent to be exact - started
and finished tonight.
Hot of the presses as it were -- the MadKitten. My version of the Battletech
Madcat done specifically for .microscale.

Inspiration was solely based on use of the trans clear 2x2 rounded dome -
which was then 95% covered in black electrical tape to make up the cockpit.
Go figure. :) I'm very pleased with the results, especially as it's the
first microscale creation I've built in years - and with just a couple hours
of work. The hardest part was trimming the tape to fit.
Comments, suggestions, constructive criticsm all welcome. :)

| (...) Hehe (...) Joel, Kitten's got my tongue! ;-P I think you've nailed the design here. I especially like the structural aesthetic of the droid "arms". Glad you found some inspiration! ciao&salaam -Andrew Saada (22 years ago, 14-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.microscale)
