Sorry, I just couldn't resist. 8^D
All kidding aside, I think the reason Mladen's improvements are brought up
here is that when someone builds a mecha that pulls down your mecha's pants
and calls its friends on the phone and laughs about it, and then builds one
_even_better_, it's noticeable, but moreover, it's notable. Maybe we should
say "reached new heights" instead of "improved". Because we all know who got
the Most Improved award in grade school, the same kid who got the Best Effort
award. Wait a minute, I got both of those in 4th grade...
