Hi Joseph!

Thanks for the compliments, so far I have had two people build them! Give it
a try!

It was tough making the instructions, mosty because it was time consumming.

I'm glad you guys like them!!!

I'm currently struggling with a 2ft 'mech' of sorts and instructions like
these are really few and far between. Even if people don't make the LB model
there is a mountain of information you've included, just the various
assembly solutions. It's probably the rare freak who has enough of one
colour to make one of these but you've got a rainbow ROTFL. Congrats on
completing it

cheers, Joseph

Build-a-Bot

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=17480

Hello, after I built the Little Bot Series I recieved a great deal of interest
in creating instructions to build the LB's. So I decided to make them after
all the
encouragment I recieved. If you have ever enjoyed looking at Lego Mecha, or
felt you
would like to make one someday, here may be a good place to start. Follow the
instructions to create your own. The LB's contain many simple building
techniques
found in the Lego Mecha building genre and can serve as a basis to build on.

Build your own LB using what you have and modify the design as you see fit.
You may
or may not have all the parts to build a LB, and that's ok, use what you have or
look at the other LB's I have created to see other ways of making the design
when
you have a limited part supply.

When I made the frist LB, it was just for fun. No planning or budgets. I
just used
what I had and my goal was to make a fun Mech with ordinary parts. Keeping
this in
mind, I would say an "average" Lego collection should contain the parts to
create a LB.

Have fun! That's the point!

When and if you choose to create a LB, it's more than just making a Mech.
When you build
one you will find that the challange of making one stand and feeling the
dynamics of the
inherent posibility of the the simple joints is what makes the Little Bot
Series so fun.

Thank you,

Eric Sophie
