Just trying to keep up with the Dave and Stuart!  I was on a big mech kick and I
thought,"hey, I wonder if I could build one....."

Yeah, Eve 02 is pretty cool, man!  As with most black mecha, it's hard to see
all of the detail going on.  But judging your mecha based on what I've seen of
yours IRL, this thing must be something else!  The first thing that grabs me is
the torso, and how you used the Onua legs there to make it look like there are
pistons right where one would expect.  Also, of course, the "hair" is a nice
touch, too.

I was trying to keep her limbs as thin as possible and only making them three
pieces thick at the most.  And the pistons in the waist actually give her
another rotation/twist point! I love the "hair" too!!;-)

Looks like your pushing the limits of those ball sockets, and soon some T-bot
gearboxes may be in order (although I know from your creations and Bryce's that
several ball joints working together can be quite stiff)

I just got a Super Battle Droid and using the new click joints in my next mech
in the shoulders, hips, and knees.  The ball joints work fine for the elbows
though.

Keep up the great work!

Later, Chris

P.S. (still waiting for those Gouka body shots - "Yeah Baby!" ;-) )

a-heh!  Sorry Chris!  Will do this weekend or sooner!!  Although I have to draw
and ink 4 pages of a comic book this weekend too!! ARRRGh!
