I made these guys about 2 years ago. I showed them to Sun Yun
(Foundrydx.com) recently and he told me to post it here to see what you guys
think. I haven't used brickbay or any ind of online brick purchasing place.
I had to use the legos that I had and bought at Walmart, Toys R Us, etc so
the color schem of my hulk/loader is not uniform. I did  try to keep my Wasp
suit in a constant color scheme though. These were all made form technic
stuff and those throw bots that showed up a couple of years ago. Some of the
details were inspired by exo squad. like the hands of my technic guys
actually clip onto control sticks so when the arms of the suit moves so does
the hands and arms of the technic guy

This is the Hulk/loader I was inspired by Aliens to make a power loader
kinda suit.

I made a saw blade kinda thing with grabbing arms on the left side with my
only pneumatic pump to push the blade out or bring it in.
<img src="http://www.dabros.net/images/scudco/loaderside.jpg">

On the right side I made a pseudo wolverine's claw that is spring loaded.
The springs don't move the blades back and forth but if you push the blades
to wards the chest, inwards, they will spring back out. Kinda like a back slap

Next I decided to make my powerloader run off of a V8 engine. I don't know
why but I couldn't get the cranks right so I had to space out my cylinders

here is my Wasp suit.
<img src="http://www.dabros.net/images/scudco/waspfront.jpg">

Here is the side. I used one of the throw bot arms and then made a pseudo
gatling gun over the shoulder
<img src="http://www.dabros.net/images/scudco/waspside.jpg">

On the right side I used the chain form my technic motorcycle and made a
chain saw for my suit.

Here is the back view

These are way cool! Usually technic doesn't lend itself well to completed mecha (IMO) but this worked out really well. The Hulk has enough to it that looks detailed. Engreebled one might say... All the features make it look like it's fun to play (...) (23 years ago, 6-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Whats up? I havent talked to you for a long time... If I remember correctly you showed inrest in buying my MREX model, quite a time ago. I like both these guys, very cool. Especially all the detail on the hulk/loader one.. Will you do any new stuff? (...) (23 years ago, 6-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Cool! I really like the Hulk one. There are three things I've always wanted to build for technic figures: a speeder bike, an exosuit/mecha, and a small spacecraft. IMO, people don't build enough stuff for them. I like the fact that you used (...) (23 years ago, 7-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Hey, these are cool! I dig them very much-- you know, I almost don't notice the lack of unified colour scheme on the Hulk; it gives it a worn-in look, the kind of thing that made Joe Johnston's Star Wars designs so lively and realistic. the models (...)
