Sources of plates?

I'm still stuck on plating on any mecha designs that I do, although I nearly
have enough pieces for the skeletal structure of my mecha.
This lack of plates disturbs me enough that I continuously tear down
everything that I build.
What's a good source for a random grab bag of plates of a single color? S@H
has no real variety pack, and zero angle plates available in any bulk packs.
All I want is a bunch of normal and angle plates, so brickbay's right out,
as I'd need a plan well in advance, and I don't do well at advance planning
usually. Are there any sets that provide a decent bang for my buck WRT
plates? Black's preferable, but nearly any color will do at this point.
