Actually, in my area there's a discount clothing store called Winners, which
has a toy section, and right now they've got loads of Arctic Base sets (set
#?) for $49 CDN. You can find a bunch those joints there. WAL-MART also has
discounted Arctic combo sets (3 small ones), also with the same pieces.
I find that only the one side (black) has enough friction-- the other is
equivalent to a grey technic pin.
