Yahs, I see the similarities--in the feet, and wrists, although, the head is
more like a scaled-back GG... I actually thought Quilljox and the LBB were
much more similar in scale, until I saw the LBB peeking out!
I'm fascinated by the face... From the side, it looks like an albino vampire
bat, with the wide angle plate for a nose, and the big blue domes as eyes,
but then, it all becomes camoflauge, as in the straight-on shot, the eyes
are tiny slits, buried in the skull, and the nose is a LOM torso! Natural
selection, man... the Quilljox is highly adapted.
Except... someone ate it's brain! It's trying to commit suicide! Don't jump,
Quilljox!

| Thanks Stuart! It's scale is just a notch up from LBB. When I first made the legs I turned the gears until the bot crouched down and looked like it was sitting. I grabed the camera to catch it in that pose before it fell over! The head was the (...) (25 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
