channel to go in so everything fits nice and snug.

care to elaborate? I'm not sure I follow. When I made the Bullfrog hardsuit,
I used clickhinges to get the front plate to 'snap' right up to the body--
worked pretty well! But what kind of channel do you mean? I'm not sure I see
in the photos...

It's nice to get some feedback on this piece because it's a little out of
the ordinary for me.  (read, small)
