  Tiny little mecha

Hi All, Well, I guess the Dark Ages are officially over. I've finally built something that I'm happy with. See it at: www.nd.edu/~ahoekwat Just click the Lego® tab. Unfortunately, it's all I have so far. But I guess that fits with the theme of the (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Hey! That is a really cool little robot! I like the simplicity of the design, yet you have retained poseability. Kudos to you! ~Mark (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) What piece connects your torso to your head piece. It's not clear what it is, though I can pick out what all the rest of the pieces are. I'm sure I'm not alone trying to figure it out so that we could maybe give it a try ourselves. Perhaps one (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tiny little mecha

Adam, That is a fantastic mini-mech! It appears to be slightly larger than a minifig. That's great! I'll probably be making items of similar size for my 'M- force' creations. It's always great to see mechs that can fit inside a doorway. Keep up the (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Anyone else not see anything on the main page? I'm using Netscape 4.7, btw... Luckily, the source had the filename in it, so I was able to see the lil guy. :) Its really cool! Is he microfig scale, or minifig scale? Jeff (25 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Dang cool! I absolutely love that hip assembly. And that shoulder assembly. *EXTREMELY* economic use of the parts. I tip my hat to you. :-, (...) Same here, no page.   Re: Tiny little mecha

(...) Wow, I never checked it with Netscape. That's odd, it's just a simple table with some small .gif images as hyperlinks. It's more odd that the home page doesn't show anything, but the remarkably similar Lego® page shows up just fine. Hmm, (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tiny little mecha

That would have to be the cleverest and most innovative use of the handlebar piece that I have ever seen. It's the sort of thing that makes me chastise myself and say, "now Paul why couldn't YOU done something like that instead of throwing those (...) (25 years ago, 14-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
