TLC doesn't want individuals to have a domain name with "lego" in it. They
might (or might not) ask you to move it, and if you don't comply they might
(or might not) go after you.
Their fair play document explains pretty well their ideas about these issues...

(As for concrete incidents, I know that Suz was contacted about webpage (that
used to be at legopolis.com) and she moved it to baseplate.com. Not that what
resides in legopolis.com right now is better for kids to stumble upon...)
