| (...) build (...) was (...) Vertical One-man Tank for Offense and Maneuvers! ;-D That is what "VOTOMS" means... VOTOMS is an old anime from the 80s IIRC. I've never watched it, but I have wasted a good deal of my precious time looking at VOTOMS (...) (23 years ago, 15-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
