Slick. That's nice and compact. I messed around with something similar, but
I was trying to get away from applying torque to a single axle.
I like driving the turntable directly with a worm gear
under the big outside gear. Much stronger.

oh ya totally, that's the way to go. Still pretty neat, I just got a chuckle when I realized that the box fits between the legs of the turntable. ;) Eric (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
