You can check the contest rules, but you should be able to enter it since it is

It ain't much, really, but for the fact that a Technic fig sits nice and
snug in the torso, with head and serratus and abdominal flaps opening up for
easy egress.
I can't quite agree that it "ain't much".  I love what you have done with this
MS (it reminds me of Zeon underwater suits).  The head is very nicelly done,
not to mention the feet.  The color sceme is very pleasant and it is clear that
you have spend a lot of attention on detail (something I am still not willing
to do).  Very nicely done, now if you can only get the pilots legs inside the
cocpit :)
