Mark,
I feel your pain. I know where you are at with this because I'm in a
similar position myself. I hope you can attend, but I certainly understand if
you can't.
Matt,
As I mentioned to you when we first started the mecha symposium idea, I'll
do my best to make it as informative and useful for all participants. That is,
IF I can make it to BricksWest. I'm still working on all the particulars, but it
looks like I'll be able to do it.
Bryce,
As we discussed a little while ago, I'd love to work with you on this. I've
already started fleshing out ideas for the discussion and look forward to
getting together with you soon to go over them. I'll speak for both of us now
when I say that we'd really like to get input on what attendees hope to get out
of such a discussion. I believe you and I have the right ideas about what's
wanted, but input wouldn't hurt.
To Everyone,
Currently I'm working on multiple mecha projects including a couple of big
projects. No details at this time, but they may redefine and enhance how
Bionicle is used in mecha these days. I'm really quite excited about these
newest mock-ups.
Currently, I'm having great problems with my internet connection ever since
Adelphia took over for @Home. My new email is
legomecha@NOFREAKINGSPAMREVOVEadelphia.net. This would be day #5 of the @home/
adelphia ordeal and is affecting a great many customers. Hopefully, this will
all be cleared up soon and we'll all be able to move on with our lives. I only
hope this message makes it's way through so I don't have to repost it later.
Thanks for listening-
Dave

| Mark, I'm sorry to hear about the whole work thing. That just plain ol sucks. You have my sympathies. Matt, I'll step up and handle some sort of mecha discussion. I like the open forum type idea. Handouts are also a great idea. I'd love to tag team (...) (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.events.brickswest)
