Hi all,
I have some teaser images of a partially finished(waiting for colors) MS-06F
Zaku II "Principality of Zeon" model on the brickshelf. . .
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=7840
I had done a study build of a Zaku based on Dave Thomas Jr. design a few
months ago to learn some building techniques. Then last weekend, I broke
everything, whipped out a Hobby Japan magazine for reference and started
building from scratch. It's still looks a lot like Dave's design in some
places but it's different enough now that I feel like I can call this
version my own.
In other news I have a website coming soon. Just waiting to finish writing
some content and taking pictures of stuff. Here's some teaser images. . .

| WOW Sun! that looks beautiful! Great form and shape, cool head! I really like the back of the lower legs, looks nice, The 2 x 2 circle disk things stacked up one on top of each other in the back area is quite cool too. Website teasers are looking (...) | (...) A clean rendition without an exorbitant parts count, almost a feasible model kit. HobbyJapan is a good place to get an eye for mecha design, looking at all the details on those great models. P.S. Your site looks very upscale. Good work. You've (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
