Let me just start off with this. Mechs to me, means Battlemechs. Not Mecha.
Mecha are elegant Japanese things. Beautiful to behold powerful, invoke awe and
have a samurai like appeal to them. Awesome, to be sure, yet Battlemechs are
big, noisy, clunky, greasy, gargantuan metal beasts that remind me of the
subtlety and grace that was John Wayne. Sure, they're beautiful too, lile the
Tiger tank. Now that was a work of art! In sumation, if any confusion still
exists;
Ferrari=Mecha----- Ford Cobra=Battlemech
Stealth bomber=Mecha------ B-17=Battlemech
James Bond=Mecha----- Conan=Battlemech
Now don't get me wrong, I like Mecha, I think they're cute. I was just branded
at a young age and like my "klinky-clanky warfare." In fact, I'd say if you
look around you might see me doing Mecha in not too long....
Now about the web site and its content:
What the hell is this! I make it my bussiness to know about Lego mechs and I
have completely overlooked this web site! Everyone, check this guy out!
