Nah, I certainly wouldn't say so.  I believe that some of the parts
from the dinosaurs sets would be really great for detailing on mechs,
for example.  Or on some fantasy style creations.

The dinosaur heads are probably not too interesting, but the tails,
horns and the "sail" from 7003 are probably great elements for
styling.

They also tend to come with some slopes, which are always a welcome
addition!

Agreed, Fredrick! You are on the same track as the mech builders of Los Angeles.
We're working on ways to incorporate dino parts into our mecha. I'm working on
the big fin piece and Bryce McGlone has mentioned interest in using the heads
once we acquire enough of them. The usage of the tail parts were fairly obvious
to us and will show up in MoCs shortly.

My sole complaint about the dinos is the introduction of a new color. I was just
getting used to the sky blue used in LOM, Bionicle and Throwbots abd Lego throws
this blue/grey at us. ARRRGGGGHHHH!! At least the green parts aren't a new
color....

Now, if I can only figure out how to incorporate the larger dino set parts.....
