The cockpit module is powered up in simulation mode
for a final test of the avionics prior to integration
with the torso. Unit 03 is nearly complete. The only
major element requiring further development is
the Beam Assault Rifle, though flight testing may
begin without it.

| (...) Brian, I was thinking of you this weekend when my new throw bot based shoulder joint wouldn't hold the weight of my new mech's arm. :-( I may have to take a closer look at your designs. The cockpit looks great, but those legs in the background (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
