I built something similar years ago... well, similar in that it used minifig
leg articulation.  I still have it assembled, and have been meaning to get
better pictures of it for a while, but I entered it in The Construction Site's
first builder's display thingy in, oh, geez, it must have been 1998...

Anyway, it hold a special place in my heart as one of my first real
post-Dim-Ages creations.  It's closer to the armor worn by Ripley at the end of
Aliens than a "hardsuit", though.

I have one pic of it that I stole from the Construction Site's website, you can

As I say in the text, it's hard to make out where the fig is, but there's a
BT1 fig in a little EVA pack in the middle of the monster.  You can make out
the EVA pack because it's the only white peice on the model.

I should get some more pics of it or something.
