MCP renamed "AMCP"

Recently we found out that the intials “MCP” have been used by the “Mindstorms
Community Partners” for some time. As a result we have changed the MCP or Mecha
City Project to the “AMCP” or Apocolyptic Mecha City Project.
While it’s not a big change we felt it important to avoid any possible
confusion.
