Thanks to Stephen King's Dark Tower series, I got it in my mind to build a post-apocalyptic theme that was basically dioramas of wrecked, destroyed, or nonfunctioning equipment, as is found frequently in the book series. I dubbed the theme Dust to (...) (20 years ago, 28-Feb-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !!

This is really nice. The level of useful detail you've got in the torso is incredible. I'm not to keen on the legs - they seem a bit too blocky; but no doubt your options are very limited at this scale!- and they certainly semm well articulated. (...) Hi, Great bit of work there! Like the way the helmet gives it a space-suit feel, nice colour scheme too, fits in well with your rapidly expanding collection! When I saw the Minifig Mechanical Arm with Clip and Rod Hole used in the new Exo-force sets I immediately thought of using them on a power armor It solved a couple of problems that I had all this time working with such small scales. I was wondering if you had any of those light-up bricks from teh Exo-force sets. It would be interesting to see the tubes running along the floor like in Buck Rogers/Battlestar Galactica or connected from service vehicles to the mecha.
