I really like the small changes you made, Zac. The AA guns are awesome, and
look like they can depress to engage ground targets, which is what AA guns do
most of the time when they’re not firing skywards. The missile pod is great
as well, though I wish the missiles stood out a bit more. Finally, I think
the legs are what really sell this mecha; they look sturdy and powerful.

Thanks Mladen. Yeah your tips helped me to put just the right finishing touches.
The AA guns I love too (even more than the rocket pod yet funnily enough the
guns were a lot less effort) and they do depress to about -5 degrees although
the body of the tank can also further depress enough to even paste any infantry
getting too close for comfort!
Missiles stand out more? Is most of the purpose of a missile pod to keep the
rockets protected or are they simply launching mechanisms? I was deliberately
going for the ‘protected’ missile look because honestly I was getting sick of
everyone just tacking 1x1 cones onto a brick to represent missiles.
Yeah I love those legs - the hub on the lower leg is my favourite.
Who knows - now that I’ve refined my mech building abilities a bit I may just
have to use them to build some more. Walking fortress anyone ;)
Something tells me that a battlesuit is next on the list as its one challenge
that I have yet to conquer.......
