Regarding the smiley face, yes I too at first hesitated but then said "What the
heck, I have a sick sense of humour!"
Anyways the police (at least in my universe) aren't killing machines, they
protect the innocent and uphold the law. Also, do you think my police
officiers would be more effective with a light firearm or a 20 mm Vulcan
cannon. And more-so do you think my police officiers would ever use the cannon.
In other words, the weapons are just there to scare criminals. ;-)
