I saw the thumbnail on Brickshelf and recognized your style immediately. Ill
second the comments about the back, I like the hoses, greebs and the podracer
fins on the legs and back. I also like the knee armor, although I would suggest
that you could replace the 1x2 brick-with-technic-hole with a 1x4
brick-with-technic-hole, stick technic half pins in the outside holes, and stick
a 1x4 tile across the side of the brick. That would cover up the exposed black
technic pin head, and break up the slab-side of the knee armor--making it look
more realistic. Of course, this requires you to have four gray 1x4 bricks with
technic holes, 8 technic half-pins, and four gray 1x4 tiles. See, this is why
mechs are so demanding, parts-wise. You need every part in 2s, 4s, 8s, and
(Heaven help you) 16s!
I also like how you mount the ball-socket brackets in the hip joint, I keep
meaning to try that, and never remember.
I agree with your comments on the torso--I notice in Anime that the good-guy
mechs always have the large-limb, small-torso proportions, while the bad-guy
mechs are often have big pot-belly torsos, and skinny arms and legs. I always
try to slim down my torsos as much as possible.
