Mark, I just finished going through your Gallery.
I am so amazed, humbled, and inspired all at once.
The way you built this Mech is fantastic.
I think it is one of my Favs from your gallery.
Wait, I know it is!
I can't get over the front of that Mech!
Really well done. The brick work is awesome.
The way you made those gun arms is so slick too! Dang!
The greebs are too cool. Those taps matched up on the Ball clips, THAT is sweet.
The feet are sooooo nice looking, as are the coverings on the upper legs and
arms. All those clips and hinges, wow way to go!
Question: You made the cockpit section so cool, you have beedy eyes on the front
of the Mech, (wow) does light come through the round trans 1x1's?
Making for a real set of looking glasses? Dude, come on you rock.
Anyway, I am astounded by how well everything fits together.
Dang man, you made my day.
Hey another thing, the back side with those parts are great.
Totally cool using bars and clips with antennas and all that, wow, nice!
As I looked through the pictures.....
My ONLY suggestion is this:
The back of the legs, you need some 1x2 or/and 1x3 inverted slopes on the back
of the legs. Along side the dark red 1x" in the center of the calf.
Just looks like it needs some slope work to blend in with the way the upper body
is built. Ya dig? The plates are to aparent and need some slopes, IMHO.
Did you run out? or perhaps you had other reasons? Did the legs start looking
big or bulky (if/when) you tried? Curious.
Your a magnificent builder, a true master.
BTW, can this fit in the Pioneer? Like maybe folded up and stowed in the cargo
container? I'd wet my pants if it did. I'll wet them anyway. What a triumph.
yours,
Eric Sophie

| (URL) I had a good time with the Kogeru construction that I went ahead and did it again, but this time with a more Mechwarrior feel. In fact, I had the image of the good old Warhammer in mind. I figured this was a good homage to that mech. Should be (...) (20 years ago, 6-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !!
