'Fraid not.

I'm buying a new collection just for this one mech :p
Several things.
1) No, my model isn't perfectly like the LDRAW version, as I lack a few of the
angle pieces. (Those stupid perfectly-curved 3x2 bricks - what set do they
come in?) However, it isn't modified enough (with bricks) that its balance
should be off.
2) I have not yet attached the arms and the PPCs yet. How much does this
affect the balance of the model?
3) My ankle joints are quite different. The pieces you used for attaching the
lower-leg to the foot pads - well, I've never seen it in any of the sets I've
ever built. My modifications probably affect the angles enough to modify the
balance.
4) I did a complete rebuild on the lower leg. I got the model to stand up
without any PPC's, completely unsupported. Basically, nevermind to this post.

I'm going to use the mech at the BrikWar event in Columbus, Ohio, next week.
I'll get a few pictures of it in. :)

| You can get all technic parts you gonna need in order to build the ankles from current sets - if you just purchase supplementary packs you even won't have to spend much money. LEGO Technic Set 8226 "Off Roader" is a good source too. (24 years ago, 11-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
