I got the feeling of an alien lifeform looking at this mech. The insectiod
trans piece conveys that particuarily well. The Bionicle parts convey the
organic yet mechanicle aspects of this creation nicely.
Tall, stringy looking and over straight ridgid claws is what stands out to me.
I guess to keep with the minimalist and exoskeletion nature of the beast,
bionicle is the way to go, but I think it could benefit from some kind of
beefing up. Except for the fingers, in this case we got finger/claws that are
huge in comparison to the joints. Your fingers are huge especially when
compared to say the shoulder joint.

| (...) Thanks, Mark,The "War of the Worlds" TV series that was broadcast in the early 90s' that was loosely based on the classic film was my inspiration for using that element as an eye. I've used it throughout the past 5 or 6 conceptual phases of (...) (20 years ago, 18-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)
