BTW, the robot minifig is D'kareth- the renegade Vedraan scientist who joined
the U.E.S.F..

The cool things kids do with Bionicle these days.  Somehow I sense an immenient
future when Bionicle pieces are officially 'accepted' within AFOL groups.

MOCs like yours are simply too cool to not recognize what a cool theme Bionicle
has been for expanding pieces and possibilities.

Todd, as always, your MOC excells.  I especially like the skinny look to it - it
makes it look like a giant insect.

Thanks, Leonard. I think at least a few of the joint elements have reached that
status -the ball joint with axle hole for example, as well as the L-shaped limbs
that date back to the Throwbot line have been used quite often by contributors
to this forum for the past 2 years or so, However, I'd bet the plating/armor
elements might not catch on so easily.

Later,
Todd
