Very cool, Mark! I bought a Titan XP, but I haven’t gotten around to playing with the new joints yet. It looks like they’ll hold up a pretty large mech. How tall is the Viper?

They are pretty strong, Viper isn’t that big, only about 7 inches tall. But I’d say your right, I’m not even pushing the limit of what those new click hinges can hold. Imagine too, one could double up on them, for larger possibilities.

I particularly liked the slope combinations you used on the backs of the legs, and the canopy was great, fitting the style of the mech perfectly. Thanks for posting!

Thanks. There’s a point to all that slope work, the leg will almost scissor down flat. This was a fun build. Glad you liked it.

Mark

Cool design, Mark. Nice use of the new ball and socket click-hinge elements- most notably IMO,the Knight’s Kingdom forearm elements at the calves.
