Eric,

Love all the little details - the container, the ladders, all the figs at work - and my favorite part, the Classic Space color scheme. At the very least, it looks like it came right from a display page in the Idea Books from the 80’s, with one of your mechs dropping in from the future.

Hey Nick, good to hear from you. Thank you for the kind compliments. I am glad you like the Mech Bay. You have a keen perception. I indeed was thinking about the idea books from when I was a kid. Imagine if I made some of those goofy bots from that one page and put them around the base. Like the mini-fig body and the loud speaker/ 3way rocket nozzle on the head, to name a choice few. LOL!

You’ve shown here what your love of mecha & love of moonbase can be when combined. The only way this will be topped is if Goldman builds a module dedicated to drowning hookers!

Thanks Nick, I had always wanted to give my Mecha a place to be displayed, the Moonbase concept allows for this, but more importantly (IMHO) is that they are built with a community standard in mind. So they can interact with others. I like that. As for Goldman. His mom wears left socks on Tuesdays. Wait or was that Tim’s? I have to go consult the Tall Guy. ;)

   Well done, -nick
