Hello all,
My name is Peter, and I'm an AFOL from the UK. Amazingly, I've only just
discovered this newsgroup (despite being a Lugnet user for years).
I've been building Lego robots (and admiring the work of many of you) for a long
time. Particular respect to Mladen, Gla and Kumataro. And loads of others who's
names I don't know. Also just discovered a guy called Inspekt here:

Who's stuff is great. Whoever you are, that is some sweet work. The pipes on the
feet of that mech...delicious.

I'm not plugging any model in particular, just wanted to make my introductions
to you all. I think this newsgroup might be just what I'm looking for. Building
Lego robots is a massive thing for me, and I derive great pleasure from the
unlimited opportunities involved in making them look cool.
I'm subscribed to this group now, and hopefully I'll get to know a few more of
you guys. It's a bit lonely building this kind of thing in Britain, everyone
else is into trains (damn them all).
Off to study the sidebar now...

| Welcome Peter! Pardon the late reply. I have seen your Mecha on Brickshelf and I'm glad you finally posted. Not many Mech Builders in Britan heh? Don't worry, your part of a rare breed! LOL!
