I while ago I tried to make a mech using a bunch of little clip pieces for joints. As I finished, I realized that I had made it too big for those kinds of joints. thanks a lot! actually, i used the tanks as sort of a temporary backpack unit until i could replace it. apparently, i didn't need to. as for the feet, i actually made them long on purpose...trying to go for the anime "disproportional" or (...) (22 years ago, 31-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

OOOoo! Nice! Just a quick glance was enough to make me realize that this was really a stunning piece of work, but closer examination proved it was lavished in small brilliant details. A slightly faster variant of the walker that I made. this features a larger power plant, wider hip rotation, and longer feet with a shock absorbing heels.
