(...) Glad you like the chain idea. I came across that because the only thing that would work as a wheel (as a secondary movement system) and touch even with the foot was the gear. They looked boring so I put chain on them. Chris (22 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

well, it is obvious that they predate LUGnet, it hasn't been around for that long. it almost seems that the legs as hands as been around since the minfigs were intro duced... but i want to know when the 'arms' as fingers styles began they were made (...)
