  Re: New mech: Sensei Trainer

(...) I'm not familiar with the Zelda games. I guess I'll just have to take your word for it :) I just wanted to show off the poseability of the mech. I especially like the "Come get some!" (URL) "why God, WHY??" (URL) (23 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) That's cool! The different poses reminds me of Majora's Reincarnation from Zelda: Majora's Mask... I like it!! :-) <<Joel>> (23 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Evangelion construction

Newbie alert! That's me. Lurker for a while, but I just signed up recently to post. Sadly, I lack a camera to show my work, and I took it apart anyway to retry the design, but I've just started work on a large-scale Evangelion. Mind you, I don't (...)   New mech: Sensei Trainer

Hey all. Ever wondered what people train on to learn how to pilot really big mechs? Well, I'm here to answer that. Presenting the Sensei Training Mech. It's big, but unarmed and unarmored. It's used to teach pilots how to handle a large mech without (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: TTT w/ wgb compact

(...) Very nifty, indeed. The way that the proportions of Lego work is one of the things that keeps me fascinated. Sometimes it seems a bit mysterious (the angle of the angled axle joiners and angled beams for example) but it works out. Usually. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I like the feet a lot. Using handlebars is a great idea! My challenge to you would be: can you work a minifig into that? ;) The quad stance and the "attack angle" really look nice. (...) Make about fifty of those, and set 'em loose...heh. LFB (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Actually, it's kinda cute. I missed your initial post as I've been cutting back on how often I read things around here in general. It's got this Aardvark/Anteater thing going on that just kinda grabs me. I like it. JJ (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Okay, okay.. I know I'm not supposed to reply to my own message, but I just wanted to say that I know you all went to the site and thought, "man, that's stupid" and to tell you the truth, it was supposed to be.. It was just supposed to be a (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
