(...) I was working on a 3 mech combiner-type, but got a bit sidetracked...you can see the #2 module here: (URL) is the QMDO-02 "Quasimodo", and would form the arms of the combined 'bot. Eric! I just have to say that that was the most fun I've had in a while. Seeing your mecha was such a mindtrip! WOW! Looks like you had a great time! I enjoyed looking at all the pictures you took, and the stuff you wrote, Eric. After months of planning and making good friends I embarked on my journey to the West coast to meet other like minded people at the Lugola meeting in California! Wow what a trip! Literally! I (...) Stuart, I'm glad your a part of this group. As you post and build more we learn more about you. In particular I've noticed that you said you have a son, from which you borrow pcs. sometimes to create. This strikes me as a person who is commited to (...) (...) Yes, without colour or paraphernalia hanging off this one, I strove to get a good balance of shapes and sizes instead. Once the head and torso were complete, the rest fell into place a lot easier. <tease>And, hmm, yes... I'm going in a (...) (23 years ago, 19-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
