  08th MS Team inspired...

(URL) was messing around and built a head that had such a strong Gundam presence that it demanded a body. The chest uses a new construction frame technique with angled girders and a top access 08 style cockpit. I have no idea when I'll actually (...) (23 years ago, 15-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha Hall of fame?

(...) As honored as I am to be grouped up there with the rest of you, I would have liked to have been asked as well. It seems some people were asked and some people weren't which is strange. sun (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Font on Mecha Hall of Fame?

"Mechas" is the incorrect plural form of mecha. Mecha is like the word "fish", it can be used both as a singular and as plural noun. Of course, if you're talking about non-Japanese-anime-inspired robots you can use the word mechs... ;-) (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

Re: Font on Mecha Hall of Fame?

(...) I think you are right. It looks like a dot matrix printout blown up to what? 96 point? I've been searching my font archive and haven't found a match yet, but with as many fonts as I have, it will take a while to complete the search. I'll let (...)   Font on Mecha Hall of Fame?

Okay, so nobody knows who the creator of the mecha HoF is... Does anyone know what font was used to create the names above the mechas? The font that looks like dot-matrix? Thanks, James Wilson (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha Hall of fame?
