Warthog Mark II, Xerxes, and Yetrigar-3 new MOC Mechs

The LUGOLA meeting is in 6 hours, so naturally, I'm not sleeping-I'm posting pics of my newest creations to Brickshelf. You can find them all at the following link: (URL) notes: Warthog-This is just a minor re-working of the previous Warthog mech (...) have to try a mech from a Snowspeeder actually (see the rest of my (...) I've actually done that. Well, it was a four-legged mech, but a mech nonetheless. (URL) the way, your MF alternate model is really quite slick. Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.general)

(...) That's pretty good. I've tried building alternatives from that set and it's hard. The only one I managed was this: (URL) have to try a mech from a Snowspeeder actually (see the rest of my site). It's nice to know that the people who sell these (...)   Re: SIAM-Mecha photo (Alternate 7151 Sith Infiltrator model)

Hi Ashley, That's pretty cool. It's very hard to make a mecha with the limitations of the parts from only one set, and I think you've done a good job. Lucasfilm missed out on a toy marketing opportunity. Transforming Sith Infiltrator! ;^D ~Mark (...) (24 years ago, 30-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.general)

Re: SIAM-Mecha photo (Alternate 7151 Sith Infiltrator model)

Great Job, Ashley! I love alternate model ideas, especially mechs! it appears to be a functional model (articulation, etc) that also has quite a bit of style. Thinking of bringing it to the Nov. 4th LUGOLA Meeting in Irvine? I sincerely hope so.... (...) (24 years ago, 30-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.general)

SIAM-Mecha photo (Alternate 7151 Sith Infiltrator model)

Here's my first attempt ever at a Mecha. The name SIAM is derived from: Sith Infiltrator Alternate Model. I have never built a mecha before so I do not know if there are specific attributes that I was supposed to model. The model features Darth Maul (...)   Re: New 'Quirinius' and 'TigerStark' Mecha

Jason, Sorry for the late post. I've been trying to finish my newest mecha in time for the Lugola meeting. I'm commenting on Mark's post because I agree with him but have a couple other comments of my own. (...) I agree. I think the missles on the (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks. THat's one of the after effects of being a teacher. I finally learned to articulate well. ;-) (...) Heh! You already were competing with me in that area.
