  Re: Grelnix

(...) Wow! That's a lot of Ball joints. Born on Christmas day...10 pounds 33 inches, splayed ankles and almost studless....(with two turntables and a microphone). You should really consider a microphone next time, and one of those squak-box things (...) (17 years ago, 30-Dec-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Grelnix

(...) Thank's for shareing Eric, I'm happy you restarted building! The Grelnix seems to me the perfect symbiosis of Rizmit (my alltime Fav up to now) and the Beesh. But there are some things which are much better as with those two: The proportions (...) (17 years ago, 29-Dec-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Grelnix

(...) snip (...) I did!! Wow!! Hardly a stud to be seen--that's inspiring on its own! I love how you use obscure parts--the red tow truck hook from yor for the top of the head--cute! Nicely done! Dave K (17 years ago, 28-Dec-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Latest Mechs

Hi Jon!, this might seem odd, but I like the yellow 2x2 plates and how they add to the way your mechs look. Yep, that was odd. Still I like them. Also, I was wondering, please tell me, if you had your choice of which Mech to make from the inner (...) (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: AZOTH - close combat mech

(...) Ah, building a mech bay is a great suggestion. Hopefully my future builds will be able to stand on their own (!), but if not, this would definitely be the way to go for a better presentation. Thanks Eric! Dennis (17 years ago, 27-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: AZOTH - close combat mech

(...) Thanks Travis. Glad you like the mech and its photos. Yes, it is unable to stand on its own. I need to learn more about joint capabilities and also improve my building so that things don't end up being so heavy. :) Dennis (17 years ago, 27-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Recluse Assault Mech

Hey, coolness. I never made anything in those colors before, I like it. The way you built the cabin on top is really makes this design for me. Like it can take on action from all sides. (Lol, sorry j/k) As always, your technical battle readouts are (...) (17 years ago, 25-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: AZOTH - close combat mech

Hello! Clean and neat design! I see you also rebuilt the legs and feet. Maybe instead of a stand, you could create a lite mech bay to prop it up. Just a thought. Wow those are some jet boosters! Wonderful photography. I liked seeing the presentation (...) (17 years ago, 25-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Recluse Assault Mech

Hello, All I've been busy again! I decided to rebuild an old design...The Black Widow. However in the course of building, it quickly became apparent that I had a completely new design on my hands. I present to you , the Recluse (Tarantula probably (...) (17 years ago, 25-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: AZOTH - close combat mech

(...) I don't normally follow the .mecha group, but I saw this model posted on the LUGNET front page, and I have to say that I really, REALLY like this mech. Visually, it just seems to me to capture that anime spirit really well. (It makes me think (...) (17 years ago, 23-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  AZOTH - close combat mech

(2 URLs) Full gallery> <url=(URL) Flickr> Hooray for Thanksgiving holiday builds. This uses a basic click joint frame (based on Izzo's and Nnenn's click joint frames), which was a pain due to my blocky style of building and resulting heaviness. Next (...)   Re: New Mecha: The Balrog

(...) Freaky even!! (...) Thanks, Fradel. As you probably figured out by now, I am a total Battletech junkie. I've been building mechs out of Lego since I started playing 15 years ago. as I mentioned in a recent post, I have been trying to improve (...) (17 years ago, 7-Nov-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mecha: The Balrog

(...) Well I tried to reply to this earlier but for some reason it did not take. So here it is from what I can reproduce from memory: It is kind of a coincidence but earlier this morning I was perusing through my 3055 manual in the Inner Shpere-Clan (...)
