Totally neat build! For what you set out to build, you did great hitting the mark on your goals. Gotta love that name! Seeing all the great use of parts is fun to see on this. Thanks! - Eric (17 years ago, 10-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

(...) I really like the dino bodies in the elbows...and the X-pod cockpit...and the telephone ribs. OK--I guess like it all! David (17 years ago, 10-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Hey Jamie! Absolute slam-bang nostalgic beauty and coolness! I'm mushy with childhood flashbacks! The proportions, the colors, the studlessness, aces all around! In particular, the clear Xpod cockpit, the canted computer screens and the (...) (17 years ago, 10-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Bionicle Mecha Frame

(...) No. Thankyou (...) Thank you so much for highlighting my error, particularly for doing so in front of my peers. That way I will surely learn my lesson. PS. Shouldn't the past tense of 'spotlight' be 'spotlit'? (17 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Nice work, Allister! Spotlighted. Thanks for sharing. Cheers PS - since spelling is apparently the no. 13 thing we don't want around here - you misspelled 'constructions' :-) (URL) (17 years ago, 3-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Bionicle Mecha Frame

(...) Nice work, Allister. The poseability you've achieved is excellent. Even though I'm not much of a mech grokker, I can appreciate the poseability you've achieved. And handstands? Trés cool indeed. Spotlighted, naturally. Cheers Richie Dulin (17 years ago, 3-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Bionicle Mecha Frame

(...) Very nice and straightforward. I like the Knights' Kingdom piece usage too, although my favorite part is the head... inspired usage of those Rahkshi heads. Kelly (17 years ago, 3-May-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Bionicle Mecha Frame

Well, I call it a frame, but it'll never support any more weight than there is on it now. Anyway... (URL) This was actually inspired by a creation of my 8yo son's. He'd made a hand using the same fingers, and I had to try a variation on it, which (...) (17 years ago, 3-May-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !
