While I am not particularly impressed by the infighting - I love the idea of everybody having a go at building form a target mecha. How about we drop all the rivalry, and all have a go at building one. We could give people bragging rights on "the (...) (19 years ago, 20-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.contests)

Okay, This is my first attempt at a humanoid looking mecha. MAD-CM-01 is a Medium Armoured Dextrous-Combat Mecha. Hi Eric, I have a habit of waking people up - not one for light conversation eh? (...) Cool - although it didnt work out, it is definately a cool attempt. Hi Peter, I like them. The first image looks a bit off, but the beefed up arms work well. Maybe the twin rocket packs could be mounted on the shoulders of the beefed up arms if you want to retain them.. I really like the miner - a very cool mech. (...) Hi, When you say mana cat - were you using the bionacle "manas" parts? Or was it just a name? I had some fun trying to incorporate them into a robot as extra powered motors for the RCX.
