I received an email from Thomas Tyers asking if and how he could enter the contest if he were not a lugnet member. His not being a lugnet member may cause complications when it comes time to begin voting (depending on however you're planning on doing the voting). If nothing else, maybe we can put him up as non-competing? ~ Tom

(...) IIRC, one doesn't need to be a member to be a poster, they just have to get clearance to post. I wasn't aware of any restriction of that kind re: the BT-I contest. LFB (23 years ago, 22-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)
